This house in Cranbrook, Kent had been gutted and completely reworked: the client wanted a garden to match.

The brief was a sleek limestone terrace large enough to party on, and a rill: these were delivered, along with planting areas, and two extra seating spaces, one of which has a firepit and logstore. Limestone, balau hardwood and stone chippings are brought together as the materials for a minimal yet inviting space for adults and teenagers alike.
